RMG Owned and Operated by the Worst People
BBB indicates unsuccessful efforts to reach anyone at the RMG Acquisitions Company in Denver. Again, no reponse at all from the management team of Dan Lentes and Jason Kempcomplaint #2396****
Curious to know how a transaction in California wiped out the remaining $25 in stored gift card value. It appears that either someone may have wrongly claimed credits that did not belong to them or there could possibly be an issue with the lookup that retrieves account balances providing inaccurate information. Management was contacted three times through the customer service email listed on the RMG website with my request to investigate.
I waited patiently for a response an entire month and heard nothing back. A BBB complaint was filed afterwards to call attention to the disregard shown to long-time customers and the problem I brought to them.

Gift cards but store closed
Ive called and written to a number of people but no response!!! When Outback closed here they immediately gave us options to redeeming our gift cards.
Everything went through smoothly. But with macaroni grill, I cant even have corporate write back to me.
Its terrible. I guess Im just stuck with two $50 gift cards.

I live on Oahu, Hawaii, and the only Macaroni Grill restaurant we have here closed (Ala Moana Center). Their website stated we could use any remaining Macaroni Grill gift cards we have at Chili's; however, that is not true.
I have gone to several different Chili's here on the island, and none of them will take it. They have tried several different ways to cash them out but will not take them. Chili's told me that they will not honor them. I would like to be reimbursed for the amount of my unused gift card that I still have and can no longer use.
The amount of my gift card is $50.00. I have the card number and a picture of the balance on it.

Fraudulent Charges
Macaroni Grill at Orlando airport has charged my credit card twice for one meal on June 12th. The Manager has ignored my multiple calls - I have been attempting to resolve this issue to no avail!!!

Cancelled my order after waiting two hours, then kept payment pending for two days
I ordered the feast for five for a friend of mine who just got out of the hospital and I wanted it delivered to her home . I had made her aware of the delivery to be around 2:30 pm
I live in Hawaii and I have ordered from macaroni grill before however, this time left me in a real bind as my friend and her husband were expecting lunch and it wasnt arriving as it turned out.
I ended up ordering pizza for them and the last minute rush.
I was very disappointed there was no explanation as to why they canceled my order so Im not sure whats going on, but I felt really bad about that. Pizza was not on the menu.

Doordash, grubhub and others offer delivery for them. It sounds like no driver accepted the order. Usually if the tip is low or there are not multiple orders to pick up, most drivers don’t accept the order.

Gift cards I can't use.
I never heard a word about my wish to get refunded for gift cards I cannot use because of lack of Restaurants within 200 miles.
I have gift cards that I can't use, in fact, they're worth $200. I bought them before I got really sick six years ago.
I had to be revived twice at the very beginning of COVID. I ended up having a liver transplant and spent 80 days in the hospital. When it was finally safe for me to go out, Marconi Grill in Fresno had closed. I had a relapse, and now Elk Grove has closed as well.
I need my money back or cards for a place that is still open. This purchase was intended for a family get-together.

I have not been able to find any. Please reopen these restaurants they are fantastic and I love the food. You can make all kinds of dishes to your liking. They have a secret little menu that you can ask for.
It would be great if they would bring it back. Is there a phone number I can call. Please contact me. Never had bad food when I went there.
The desserts for fantastic. never much of wait.
