Manager lied and kept my refund

Romanos Macaroni Grill - Manager lied and kept my refund
I called to cancel an online order 5 minutes after I placed it at the Macaroni Grill in Bakersfield, because I dont live in Bakersfield. Was told to call back to talk to the manager Tonya for a refund. I have called 6-8 times since then and 2 months have passed. The manager Tonya continues avoiding me. I was only able to speak to Tonya once, and that one time she spun me a ridiculous story saying that We dont have your money and to call a service called Restaurant Runner because they have the money. Even though I ordered through the Macaroni Grill website. But fine, I then called Restaurant Runner, who obviously couldnt help me nor even look up my order because I didnt place it through them. So thats the quality of your employees Macaroni Grill: liars who hustle the customer.

User's recommendation: Do not place orders online. It is okay food at best, but if you cancel you will lose your money to these hustlers.

How can a location at lunch time and the place is empty say this?

Plano, TX at Park and Preston last Friday I went there for lunch at 11:30 a.m. and was told a large group came in at the last minute. So there is a 1 1/2 hour wait and there was hardly anyone in the main dining area. No excuse, poor planning and count me out going again

Poor customer service at one of your establishments

The server did not offer us any refills cheese peppers or any specials he only visitor table wants very poor customer service

He replied that he didn't care about my Togo order and that I could leave or he could refuse to give me the order. You paid for your order so technically he cannot do that. He can call the police on you, but they would make him give you the order that you paid for.

Over charged

I had order chicken scalopini and added soup and salad for the extra $3.00 no drink, got the bill and I added a tip which I totaled myself, the bill should have been $25. No more then $30. . Just checked November bank statement and I was charged $48. And some change. Today went back to the Stockton ca. Location and was treated very rudely, was told I should have kept my receipt and also my fault for not finding this sooner , just received November bank statement. Thats when I lost it , Manager total attitude problem, she should not have let a waitress who had nothing to do with this make comments like this to a customer. This is not my fault, sounds like a waitress padded he tip . What should I do ??? How are you going to handle this ?????

My name is Rhonda Humphrey I work at the Ala Moana Restaurant in Honolulu Hi . My GM also said I myself needed to contact HR. I had I started work in Dec 2020 . And Im trying to file for partial unemployment but HR has to update the quarterly wage report so I can file for partial unemployment, so this is what the person said to do & to contact HR. Don’t give these people business

My friend worked for them briefly in 2020 before the pandemic lates him off. They never met their legal obligation to get his social security number. They sent him a W2 with a completely fictitious number. I called the company for my friend many months ago, explained the problem, but they never called back. I left a message on the companys website asking them to call to sent a proper W2. They never called. Filing false tax forms is illegal. They e been told that they did something illegal and they havent fixed it. That make it intentional. My friend cannot get more than $4000 in IRS refunds because they filed false forms. My friend is screwed because of these people. I am filing a complaint with the IRS. Please dont do business with these people.

They should pay my friend the tax refund he is owed by the IRS because they have knowingly filing false reports with the IRS which have prevented him from having the IRS process his tax refund.

Refusal of a gift card

I found 2 MG gift cards in a 2006 Christmas card that had never been used. I attempted to use them at the Redlands CA Mac Grill and was told they expired. My call to customer service does not allow me to speak to a human. I know California law states any gift cards purchased after 1997 never expire. I was told by the restaurant server that I should call Mac Grill and they will make this right for me by sending me new gift cards. I appreciate any help you can provide.
