Romanos Macaroni Grill - Unable to use gift cards online or for catering orders

Can't place a catering order using gift cards. It's nearly 2019 and your website is stuck in 2000. You promote your gift cards at a discount and you don't allow people to use them easily. Please offer the ability to use gift cards online and as an option for catering.

worst service ever. You cannot get anyone to speak with you about a major issue. It has to do with Sullivans gift cards.

Cooperate apparently doesnt exist or work. My issue was never resolved. These storrs do not have backup ir support. Romanos is the next chain to be shut down

I will not visit this restaurant again. Overall our experience was a fail, a lot of waiting...to be greeted, seating and food. Obviously understaffed!! Horrible Manager!!
